Terry Ann Ray, 51, 504 Vann St., died Monday at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.
Funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Greater St. John Free Will Baptist Church. Burial will be in Everett Cemetery.
She was born Sept. 1, 1963, in Wayne County to Willie T. Ray and Evon Hill Ray. She was married to Michael Smith.
Visitation will be Friday from 1 to 7 p.m., with the family present 6 to 7, in J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
