Charlie Vann Brown, 64, Middlesex, passed away Thursday.
His memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Monday at Joyner's Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.
The family will receive friends following the service Monday at the home, 9398 Buck Deans Road, Middlesex.
Charlie is survived by his wife, Connie Brown of the home; his daughter, Lori Dennis and husband, Pat, of Goldsboro; his sons, Robert Brown and wife, Emily, of Dallas, Texas, Jacob Brown and wife, Laverne, of Pikeville, Nathan Brown and wife, Erica, of Knightdale and Charleston Brown of the home; his grandchildren, C.J. Heath, Adam Heath, Aleena Heath, Zachary Brown, Kaitlyn Brown, Julianne Brown, Thomas Brown and Turner Brown; his sister, Wanda Brown of Georgia; and his brothers, James Brown of Tennessee, Albert "Chubby" Brown of Virginia, Dennis Brown of Tennessee and David Brown of Jacksonville.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Ann Wyatt.
