Almeta Champ, 77, 228 Smith Chapel Road, Mount Olive, died Tuesday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral will be Sunday at 4 p.m. at Garris Funeral Home chapel, with the Rev. Tommie Jones, officiating. Burial will be in Bowdens Cemetery in Warsaw.
Born in Duplin County, she was the daughter of the late William and Jessie A. Hall.
Five children survive.
Visitation will be Saturday from 3 to 7 p.m. at Garris Funeral Home chapel, with the family present from 6 to 7. At other times, the family will be at 205 Athens Drive in Dudley.
