Geneva Anita Bland Brown, 84, died at home Thursday.
Graveside service will be private. Memorial service will be April 25 at Simon G. Atkins Academic and Technology High School.
She was born April 18, 1930, in Goldsboro to the late Charles and Theresa Bland. She was married to the late Wendell Delworth Brown.
She is survived by a daughter.
