MAE THELMA WOOTEN-FROST

Mae Thelma Wooten-Frost, affectionately known as "Frosty," went home to be with our Lord and savior Monday, March 9, 2015, at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Goldsboro, N.C.

Thelma was born to the late Hillary Wooten and Eva Mae Wooten-Sanders.

She received Christ as her Lord and savior at an early age.

She graduated from Dillard High School class of 1965. After graduating, she moved to the Washington, D.C./Maryland area.

She was a faithful and active member at Sword of the Spirit Ministries in Capitol Heights, Md.

Her husband, John Frost; a son, Jonathan Frost; father, Hillary Wooten; her mother, Eva Mae Wooten-Sanders; stepfather, Walter Sanders Sr.; a sister, Odessa Wooten; and a brother, Warren Wooten; preceded her in death.

A celebration of life service will be held March 21, 2015. Viewing will be at 10 a.m., with the service at 11 a.m., at Sword of the Spirit Ministries at 8601 Central Ave., Capitol Heights, Md., 20743.

Thelma leaves to cherish and celebrate her memory a daughter, Tiffany Frost; two brothers, Shelton Wooten and Walter Sanders Jr. (Tekesha); four sisters, Alice Wooten-Johnson (Franklyn), LaVonda Sanders, Lavora Coley and Peggy Hines; two grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
