Hope Hardy Jones, 56, Moss Hill, passed away peacefully March 2, 2015.
One of three daughters, she was born April 21, 1958, in Kinston, N.C.
She was preceded in death by her father, J.R. Hardy Jr.
She is survived by her mother, Hilda Wade Hardy of Moss Hill; husband, Carl of the home; two stepchildren, Adam Jones and Erin Jones Williams and husband, Tyler, of Moss Hill; sisters, Diane Lynch and husband, Jimmy, of Moss Hill and Regina Zane and husband, C.J., of McLean, Va.; nephews, Patrick Lynch and wife, Chasity, of Moss Hill, Jim Lynch and wife, Melissa, of Goldsboro and Curt Zane and Joe Zane of McLean, Va.; niece, Sarah Zane of McLean, Va.; great-nephew, Jackson Lynch of Moss Hill; and great-nieces, Grayson Lynch of Moss Hill and Hardy Lynch of Goldsboro.
Hope was a faithful member of Bethel Free Will Baptist Church and the CARE Sunday school class. She loved her church family, and enjoyed the Wednesday night faith visits. She loved the Lord, and was thankful for the many blessings placed upon her and her family by him.

The funeral service will be held at Bethel Free Will Baptist Church Tuesday, March 3, 2015, at 7 p.m., with pastor Chris Truett officiating.
The family will receive friends at the church from 6 to 7 p.m. and again immediately following the service.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Westview Cemetery in Kinston.
