Earnie Lee Daugherty, 89 passed away Friday evening at Willow Creek Nursing and Rehab.
Earnie Lee was a native of Louisville, Ky., and came to reside with her daughter here in Goldsboro in 2007.
She was a member of Pikeville Church. She had always been a very strong woman of God, always forgiving and loving to all who knew her. She will be greatly missed by many.
A celebration of her life will be held in Louisville, Ky., Friday, March 6, at Owen Funeral Homes, 5317 Dixie Highway.
Visitation was held at her daughter's Saturday, Feb. 28.
Her love for the Lord and her family and reading her Bible were her favorite pastimes.
Twonana and Butch Campbell and their family would like to thank all of our North Carolina friends for all of their love and prayers that have been shown to them on her behalf over the past eight years. She had been blessed with many good friends.
