Otis Leo Worley, 87, of Smithfield, died Sunday at the SECU Hospice House.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at Parrish Funeral Home.
A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Princeton Cemetery
He was born Sept. 17, 1927, in Johnston County to the late Jake and Leona Woodard Worley.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Wadsworth Worley, and by his daughter.
He is survived by two daughters.
