Crystal Annette Smith Capps, 42, Holland Drive, Smithfield, died Friday.
Funeral will be Wednesday at 6 p.m. in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home, with the Rev. Kevin Edwards officiating. Burial will be Thursday in Oak Heights Cemetery in Smithfield at 10 a.m.
She was born Nov. 19, 1972, in Johnston County to William Freddy and Debra Jo-Anne Core Smith of Smithfield.
She is survived by two sons and a daughter.
Visitation will be 4 to 6 p.m. and after the service at Casey Funeral Home.
