Debra "Debbie" Diane Sullivan-Bass, 60, died Friday at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.
Services will be held at a later date.
She was born in Bronx, N.Y., March 30, 1954, to the late Edward and Eileen Corbett. She was married to Ted Bass III of Louisburg.
She is survived by a stepson.
Arrangements are by Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home.
