Deacon Kirby L. Hamiton, Sr., 83, passed away Thursday, Nov. 13, 2014, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
The celebration of his life will be held at noon Thursday, Nov. 20 at Bear Creek Headquarters.
He will be laid to rest in Wayne Memorial Park.
There will be a viewing held on Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2014, from noon to
4 p.m. at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations and from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church.
He was born in Wayne County on Nov. 10, 1931, and was the youngest of Will and Mamie Hamilton's nine children.
