Hazel Catherine Sanderson Best, 79, Mount Olive, died Thursday at Carolina East Hospice Care Center in Kenansville.
Funeral will be 6 p.m. Saturday at Community Funeral Home of Warsaw, with visitation following. Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Sunday in Golden Grove Cemetery.
She was born Sept. 4, 1935, in Onslow County to Plez Sanderson and Dollie Sanderson.
She is survived by three sons and two daughters.
