Brother Charles McBride, 62, made his transition Tuesday, July 29, 2014, at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Goldsboro, N.C.
Charles was born in Wayne County Feb. 16, 1952. He was born to the late Mr. James McBride and the living Mrs. Gertrude Worrells McBride.
A celebration of life service will be conducted Friday, Aug. 1, 2014, from 11:40 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. in Apostle D.L. McIntyre Memorial Chapel at McIntyre Funeral Home, 900 S. George St., Goldsboro, N.C.
Interment will follow in I.A.R. Cemetery, 6732 Hankison Road, Wendell, N.C.
Brother Charles leaves to cherish his memory to his loving mother, Gertrude McBride of California; to his devoted and loving wife of 42 years, Linda McBride of Dudley, N.C.; his two sons, Monterieo (Amanda) McBride of Raleigh, N.C., and Hasan (Cheryce) McBride of Dudley, N.C.; his three brothers, James McBride, Billy McBride and Thomas McBride all of California; his two sisters, Vivian Crawford of Georgia and Barbara Deans of California; six grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Friday, Aug. 1, 2014, the family and friends will assemble at McIntyre Funeral Home, 900 S. George St., Goldsboro, N.C., at 11:10 a.m. in preparation for the celebration of life processional lineup.
