ROY LEE PHIPPS

Roy Lee Phipps, 67, Goldsboro, moved to his heavenly home July 22.
Roy is survived by his daughter, Lisa Marie Phipps, and granddaughter of Ventura, Calif.
He was the son of the late Irene Grady Wood and Cliff Phipps, and grandson of Cynthia Phipps of Goldsboro.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Dickie Grady and William Wood Jr. of Goldsboro; two sisters, Linda Wood and Cindy Wood of Goldsboro; and a very special friend, Susan Martin of Goldsboro.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time.
