LEE ZONNIE MCCULLEN EDWARDS

Mrs. Lee Zonnie McCullen Edwards, 87, 409 Southwood Drive, Goldsboro, died at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro Saturday, July 19, 2014.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 23, at 2 p.m. at Royal-Hall Funeral Home chapel, with the Rev. Richard Toler officiating. Burial will follow in Clinton Cemetery.
Born in 1926 in Sampson County, Mrs. Edwards was the daughter of the late Leo and Kizzie Bass McCullen.
She was a member of Love Memorial Baptist Church of Goldsboro and a retired clerk with A&P Grocery Stores.
She is survived by a sister, Rachel Poole of Goldsboro; a niece, Tammy Sue Stokes and husband, Donald, of Goldsboro; a nephew, Joey McCullen of Garner; two grandchildren, Tracy Waddell and Dallas Brit; and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Rolflyn "Lynn" Edwards, and a brother, Graham McCullen.
The family will receive friends an hour prior to the services Wednesday at the funeral home.
