Retired First Sgt. Shelton Clyde Williams Sr., 72, Copperas Cove, Texas, died June 9 at Temple Texas Rehab.
Funeral will be Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at White Oak Disciples of Christ Church in Newton Grove, with Bishop Charles Williams officiating. Burial with full military honors will be at 2 p.m. at Sandyhills State Veterans Cemetery in Springlake.
He was born April 30, 1942, to the late Clyde Williams and the late Purlie M. Lee. He was married to Jean M. Williams.
He is survived by a son.
Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the church.
