Grace Lewis "MeMa" Rollins, 88, Goldsboro, peacefully passed away Thursday, June 5, 2014.

Grace was born Nov. 18, 1925, to the late Hubert and Virginia Millard Lewis.

She was wife of the late Renzalee Lewis Rollins.

Her most significant role in life, and what she did best, was being a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Grace was a member of Walnut Creek Free Will Baptist Church, and worked with the Goldsboro News-Argus as a paper carrier for 40 years.

She enriched the lives of all who knew her.

A graveside service of remembrance will be held Saturday, June 7, 2014, at 11 a.m. at Rollins Family Cemetery, with the Rev. Tony McLamb officiating.

A devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother, Mrs. Rollins is survived by a son, Gary Lee Rollins and wife, Connie, of Fremont; three daughters, Jenny Rollins of Garner, M.J. Rollins of Cary and Elizabeth Lea Rollins of Charlotte; grandson, Blake Rollins Precythe of Apex; brother and sister-in-law, Ben and Betty Rollins of LaGrange; along with a number of beloved nieces and nephews.

Grace is also survived by two stepgrandchildren, Sally Pope and Bill Langston, and a stepgreat-grandchild, Gabriel Metzger.

The family will receive friends Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Rouse Funeral Home of LaGrange.
