Mavis Irene Mason Ferrell, 87, formerly of Lucama, died Tuesday at Countryside Village.
Funeral will be tonight at 7 at Minshew-Coley Funeral Home chapel in Kenly. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Ferrell Family Cemetery in Lucama.
Born in Wilson County Dec. 9, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Urie Malcolm Mason and the late Lossie Moore Mason. She was married to the late James Arthur Ferrell Sr.
She is survived by a son and a daughter.
Visitation will follow the service.
Arrangements are by Minshew-Coley Funeral Home in Kenly.
