BEVERLY AARON MOORE

Beverly Aaron Moore, 82, Goldsboro, passed away Monday, May 19, 2014, at Wake Medical Center surrounded by her family.
Beverly was born in Beckley, W. Va., Jan. 4, 1932, to the late James H. Aaron and Mary Elizabeth McClung Mullins.
Beverly will be remembered for her unconditional love as a wife and mother and a friend to all. So too, will she be remembered for her compassionate spirit and soul and her gift of finding joy in doing random acts of kindness for others.
Family was paramount to Beverly, and she loved nothing more than her husband, her children and grandchildren.
Beverly was honored being the wife of Senior Master Sgt. James Richard Moore of the United States Air Force, and always enjoyed the opportunity to travel with her family as they were stationed in many places.
She was a member of First Baptist Church in Goldsboro.
The family will receive friends Friday, May 23, 2014, from 2 to 3 p.m. in the fellowship hall at First Baptist Church, followed by a service celebrating her life at 3 p.m. in the sanctuary, with Dr. Glenn Phillips officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
Beverly is survived by her husband of 63 years, James Richard Moore; daughters, Susan Wheeler and Terri Lynn Moore both of Pikeville; sisters, Mary Jo Abshire of Florida and Elizabeth Ann Moore of California; grandchildren, Samantha Miller and Lori Barba and husband, Blake; stepgrandsons, Scott Wheeler and Bryan Wheeler; and great-grandchildren, Aubrey, Nehemyia, Obed, Teruaw, Yishai, Chosen and Loveth Barba, and Rebekah and Jamesln Miller.
In addition to her parents, Beverly was preceded in death by a son, Michael Moore; granddaughter, Kelli Lindenmeyer; brother, James H. Aaron; and sisters, Mildred Ackerson and Marie Tolley.
