Mr. Doral D'Angelo Best, 42, lovingly known by his family and friends as "Rell," 1908 N. John Court, Goldsboro, N.C., departed his earthly life Tuesday, May 13, 2014, at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Goldsboro, N.C.
Doral was born in Wayne County Nov. 14, 1971. He was born to the late Ms. Phyllis Best.
He received his education in the public school system of Wayne County.
"Rell" attended Eastern Wayne High School, and graduated from Goldsboro High School in the class of 1991.
After graduating from high school, he attended barber school and became a barber.
Funeral service will be conducted Saturday, May 17, 2014, at 1 p.m. at Bear Creek Association Headquarters, 1800 S. Slocumb St., Goldsboro, N.C. Apostle Dennis R. Jacobs will officiate.
Burial will be held in Wayne Memorial Park Cemetery North, 1191 Old Grantham Road, Goldsboro, N.C., 27530.
Also, a public viewing will be held Friday, May 16, 2014, from 3 to 7 p.m., at Word Warehouse Church, 1303 Florida St., Goldsboro, N.C.
Mr. Best leaves to cherish his loving and precious memories to his mom, Laura Best Crawford (Willie); his daughter, Doresha Best; his son, Shaquille Worrells; his sister, Swanetta Best; his brothers, Corey Best, Tavaris Best and Antonio Best; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Saturday, May 17, 2014, the family members and friends will assemble one hour prior, at 11:50 a.m., at residence of Mr. Willie and Mrs. Laura Crawford, 1908 N. John Court, Goldsboro, N.C., in preparation for the funeral procession.
Flowers may be sent to McIntyre Funeral Home, 900 S. George St., Goldsboro, N.C., beginning Friday, May 16, 2014, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
