Cecil Allen Kelly Sr., 85, Kenly, died at Barbour Court Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Smithfield Thursday.
He will be cremated.
Born in Duplin County, he was the son of the late Frank Kelly and the late Annie Cook Kelly. He was married to the late Christine Pate Kelly.
Arrangements are by Minshew-Coley Funeral Home of Kenly.
