JAMAICA, N.Y. -- Philistine Ammons, 67, 177-61 Meadow Road, formerly of Wayne County, died Saturday at Long Island Jewish Hospital.
Funeral will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at Best Chapel Church. Burial will be in Broadhurst Cemetery.
She was born May 17, 1947, to Winston Ivery Martha Louise Flanagan.
She is survived by three children.
Visitation will be an hour prior to the service. The family will assemble at the church for the service at 9:45 a.m.
Arrangements are by Haskins Funeral Home.
