Matthew Hooks Jr., 71, of Magnolia, died Tuesday at Suburban Hospital, Bethesda, Md.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Monday at First Baptist Church of Rose Hill, with Dr. Kevin Allen officiating. Burial will follow at Boone Family Cemetery, Magnolia.
Visitation will be 5 to 6 p.m. today at Rose Hill Funeral Home.
He is survived by his wife, Lillie Marie Hooks of Magnolia, a son and a daughter.
