Debra Ann Hill, 50, died at home Wednesday morning surrounded by her family.
Born in Aylesbury, England, she was the daughter of Grace H. Russell and the late Bill "Chief" Russell.
Her brother, Stanley Hill, also preceded her in death.
A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held Saturday evening at The Hydrant Church, 350 N.C. 111 South in Goldsboro, at 6 p.m., with pastor Tim Fox officiating.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
In addition to her mother, Deb is survived by her daughter, Miranda Hill of Goldsboro; a sister, Sue Villines of Phoenix, Ariz.; and many family members in the United States and England
