Melvin Lewis, 74, died Saturday.
Funeral will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at St. Mary Free Will Baptist Church in LaGrange, with elder Antonio Blow officiating. Interment will be in Old Mill Cemetery.
He was married to Shirley A. Lewis.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 1 to 7 p.m. at the Bishop Lonnie E. Holloway Sr. Memorial Chapel at the funeral home, with the family present from 6 to 7 p.m.
Arrangements are by Smith-Holloway Memorial Funeral Services LLC.
