Trumilla Reid, 89, 418 Goldsboro St., died Tuesday at LifeCare Hospital in Rocky Mount.
Funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at St. James Disciples of Christ Church. Burial will be in Hooks Grove Cemetery.
She was born Sept. 17, 1924, in Wayne County to John and Emma Sauls Reid.
Visitation will be Friday in the Tawanta Rhodes Platt Memorial Parlor at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations from 1 to 8:30 p.m., with the family present from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.
