FAISON -- Madie Bea Thompson, 90, 220 David Bright Road, died Thursday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Burning Bush United Holy Church, with elder Arto Pickett officiating. Burial will be in Faison Community Cemetery.
Born in Sampson County, she was the daughter of the late John and Maylon Hobbs Sanders, and wife of the late Delton Thompson Sr.
Two sons survive.
Visitation will be today from 3 to 7 p.m. at Garris Funeral Home chapel, with the family present from 6 to 7 p.m. At other times, the family will be at the home.
