PIKEVILLE -- Shelly Miller Higgins, died Monday at her home.
Funeral will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery. Dr. John R. Shorte will be officiating.
Surviving are her husband, Patrick Higgins; daughter, Sarah Higgins; son, Shawn Higgins all of the home; parents, Russell and Judy Miller of Goldsboro; and sister, Kelly M. Dilday (John) and their daughters Kori, Kaci and Kati all of Clayton.
