PIKEVILLE -- Kelly Waddell Driver, 53, born Oct. 24, 1959, died July 28, 2013.
Kelly was a loving wife to her husband, Connie, and a devoted mother to her son, Shawn.
Kelly will be missed by everyone who knew her.
Kelly was preceded in death by her parents, George and Mayola Waddell, and a special niece, Shannon Minshew.
She is survived by her husband, Connie Driver of the home: a son, Shawn Chase of Raleigh and his fianceé, Stacie Vaughan; sister, Javita Chase and husband, Ernie; brothers, Rodney Waddell and wife, Sherry, and Tracy Waddell and wife, Angie; special friends, Wanda and Doug Lane; several nieces and nephews; and several special great-nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held Wednesday, July 31, 2013, at 6 p.m. at Thomas-Yelverton Funeral Home, 2704 Nash St. North, Wilson, N.C., 27896, with pastor Gerald Hollamon officiating.
Following the service, the family will receive friends and family until 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
