Tammy Lea McCaskill, 36, passed away suddenly from a motor vehicle accident Monday, July 22, 2013, at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 25, 2013, at Oak Forest Church of Christ, with minister Lennie Reagan and the Rev. Larry Bostian officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
She is survived by her father, Dr. Lee McCaskill; mother, Ann Naylor and husband, Homer Naylor, of Goldsboro; brother, Dr. Rodney McCaskill of Apex; sisters, Kim Warren and husband, Frankie, of Goldsboro, Lisa Hall and husband, Brian, of Pikeville and Teresa Pilkington and husband, Trevor, of Pikeville; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Oak Forest Church of Christ, 2705 N. Park Drive, Goldsboro, N.C., 27534.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 24, 2013, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home.
