THEODORE UZZELL

Theodore Uzzell, 77, of Elroy, passed away Monday, Nov. 19, 2012.
A private graveside service of remembrance was held Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012, at 11 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery.
Theodore was born in Wayne County to the late Richard and Alice Mae Hines Uzzell. Theodore grew up and worked on the family farm in the Elroy community. Theodore enjoyed watching baseball and was a avid fan of the New York Yankees.
Theodore is survived by two brothers, Malcolm Uzzell and wife, Ann, David Uzzell and wife, Peggy, of Goldsboro; two sisters, Glenda Uzzell and Jeanette Hyde and husband, Robert, of Goldsboro; two sisters-in-law, Louise Cooper Uzzell of Burgaw and Helen D. Uzzell of Goldsboro. In addition to his parents, Theodore was preceded in death by three brothers, Richard Uzzell Jr., Marvin Uzzell and Milton Uzzell.
