FREMONT -- Leona Sims, 99, died Thursday at Willow Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Funeral was Sunday at 4 p.m. at Kingdom Hall-Jehovah's Witness.
She was born April 25, 1913, in Chicago, Ill., to the late Robert and Elizabeth Smith Fowlkes.
She is survived by two daughters and a son.
Arrangements are by J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
