Betty J. Hicks Rouse Swinson died Wednesday at Dekalb Medical Center in Decatur, Ga.
Funeral will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at E.M. Matthews Life Celebration Chapel. Interment will be at Old Mill Cemetery.
She was born March 5, 1943, in Wayne County to the late Jessie Swinson and Sara Howard.
She is survived by four children.
Visitation will be held Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. The family will receive friends at 518 Cardinal Drive.
