Joseph J. Wagner, 91, of Sarasota, Fla., formerly of Buffalo, N.Y., died on June 28, 2012.
Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, July 6, at Incarnation Catholic Church in Sarasota, Fla. Interment will be at the Sarasota National Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Delores; brother, Bill, of Buffalo, N.Y.; three children, Judy Wagner of Buffalo, N.Y., Marilyn Bateman and her husband, Bryson, of Goldsboro, Joe Wagner Jr. and his wife, Mary-Beth, of St. Petersburg, Fla.; son-in-law, Dave Clark, of Sarasota; and seven grandchildren, Cari, Jennifer, Lindsey, Jackie, Michael, Sarah, and Claire. He was predeceased by daughter Laura Jean Clark and two brothers.
He was a cheerful man who easily made friends and will be dearly missed by all.
