KINSTON -- Charles Ray Quinn, 44, died Tuesday.
Funeral will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Rouse Funeral Home with Pastor Brian Rogers officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
Charles was born Dec. 19, 1967, in Wayne County to the late Garland Lee Quinn and Nancy Stafford Quinn.
Visitation will be Friday from 1 to 2 p.m. at Rouse Funeral Home.
