Steve Swinson died at his residence.
He is survived by his mother, Mildred Swinson, and a sister, Leslie Swinson, both of California.
Shortly before his passing, Mr. Swinson was preceded in death by his best friend and loyal canine companion, Fred.
There was no formal service held.
