Kay Royal Padrick, 72, formerly of Goldsboro, died Saturday at Betsy Johnson Memorial Hospital in Dunn.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery, LaGrange.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas A. Padrick.
She is survived by her father, Albert Nethery and wife, Mason, and two children.
Arrangements are by Howell Funeral Home and Crematory of Golsboro.
