NEW YORK -- Berniceteea Truzy, 59, of 1249 Fifth Ave., died Sunday at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at St. James Disciple Church of Christ with Dr. Joseph Warren officiating. Burial will follow in Cobbs Cemetery.
Born in Duplin County, she was the daughter of the late George Sr. and Susie Darden Truzy.
Three brothers survive.
Viewing will be held Tuesday from 3 until 6 p.m. at Garris Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at 805 S. Center St., Mount Olive.
