Bill Fail, 92, died Tuesday at Woodard Retirement Village.
A graveside service will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at Willow Dale Cemetery, with the Rev. Jerry Mitchell officiating.
He was born in Wayne County April 2, 1919, to the late Needham Fail and Sally Wallace Fail. He was married to the late Elizabeth Warren Fail.
Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service is handling the arrangements.
