A graveside service will be held at Wayne Memorial Park Friday, April 1, 2011, at 11 a.m., with Dr. Glenn Phillips and the Rev. Scott Thrailkill officiating.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ray Ham, and his sisters, Frances Ham Taylor and Melba Ham.

Nathan is survived by his wife, Dorothy Howell Ham; his sons, Glenn Ham and fiancée, Willma Guilliams, Steve Ham and wife, Kris, and Darrell Ham and wife, Ann, all of Goldsboro; his five grandchildren, Jamie Ham and wife, Heather, Paige Ham, Mitchel Ham, Meredith Harrison and husband, Josh, and Nick Ham and wife, Julie; four great-grandchildren; and many "adopted children."
