Lazarus E. Spencer Sr., 72, of 174 Mt. Carmel Church Road, Pikeville, died Thursday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
A service by the graveside will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Old Mill Cemetery.
He was born to the late Mase Pate and Beatrice Spencer.
He is survived by his wife, Margie Ann Spencer, and children. There will be a viewing held Monday at Rhodes Funeral Home from 4 until 7 p.m.
