Mildred Lee Lewis, 72, of 408 S. Carey St., LaGrange, died Wednesday at Pitt Memorial Hospital, Greenville.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at the Delight United Holy Church, Parkstown. Bishop Quincy Gardner Jr. will officiate. Burial will follow in the Old Mill Cemetery.
She is survived by three children.
Visitation will be today from 4 until 7 p.m., with the family present to receive friends from 6 until 7 at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries, Goldsboro.
The family will receive friends at other times at 214 Martin Luther King Drive, LaGrange, where they will also assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
