HENRY MCINNIS
April 29, 1937-Sept. 10, 2010
Friday morning, Sept. 10, 2010, God, with his love and mercy, carried home the soul of Mr. Henry McInnis while sleeping peacefully in his home.
A graveside service will be held Friday, Sept. 24 at 1 p.m. at Willowdale Cemetery on Elm Street, with pastor Drew Clark of First Presbyterian Church officiating.
He was a native of Wayne County, Goldsboro, N.C., born April 29,1937 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank and Virginia McInnis; two sons were born to this union.
He leaves precious memories with a cousin, Sophie Benton (Dr. Tommy Benton) of Charlotte, and several special friends, who to him were like guardian angels, Zeno Spence, Rhonda Floyd (known by Angel), Brittany Ballard, Patrick Gallagher and Blondine Knelsen, who always made sure he got to church each Sunday morning.
A sympathetic and dignified service entrusted to Rhodes Funeral Home of Goldsboro.
