LAGRANGE -- Mr. Thessonia Edwards, 84, husband of Mrs. Dorothy H. Edwards, 413 Martin Lut1her King Drive, LaGrange, N.C., passed away Monday, Aug. 30, 2010, at his residence in LaGrange, N.C.
A service of remembrance will be held Saturday, Sept. 4, 2010, at 12 noon at Moore's Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church, 317 W. Boundary St., LaGrange, N.C., with pastor William Hagans officiating. Burial will follow in LaGrange Cemetery.
He is survived by two sisters, Wilhlemenia Edwards Miles of Goldsboro and Mae Edwards Stanford of LaGrange.
The body may be viewed Friday from 2 to 7 p.m. at Hamilton Funeral Chapel, 423 S. James St., Goldsboro, N.C.
The family will meet at 413 Martin Luther King Drive at 10 a.m. to prepare for the procession.
