Hazel Rudene Johnson, 80, Britthaven Smithfield, died Saturday.
She was born Jan. 19, 1930, in Johnston County, the daughter of the late Richard and Minnie Wheeler Radford.
She is survived by two sons and two daughters.
At this time, there are no formal funeral services.
The family is being served by Casey Funeral Home.

Christine Lewis Washington, 74, 422 Cardinal Drive, died Saturday at home.
Arrangements are pending at Rhodes Funeral Home of Goldsboro.
