MAGNOLIA -- Phebie Ruth McKinney Moore, 81,660 Isham Frederick Road, died Friday at Lower Cape Fear Hospice in Wilmington.
Funeral will be held at St. James AME Zion Church in Magnolia Friday at 1 p.m., with the Rev. John Mark Melvin officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Funeral Home Cemetery in Magnolia.
Visitation will be held Thursday from 6 to 7 p.m. at Rose Hill Funeral Home in Rose Hill.
