FOUR OAKS -- Leroy "L.A." Anthony Warrick, 56, died Tuesday.
The funeral will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Ebenezer United Methodist Church in Four Oaks, with the Rev. Richard Lewis officiating. Interment will be at Wayne Memorial Park.
Mr. Warrick was retired from Cherry Hospital after 29 years of service.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Ruth Warrick of Four Oaks; a son, Steven and wife, Belinda Warrick, of Goldsboro; a daughter, Lisa and husband, Foy Daniels, of Goldsboro; a sister, Lillie Parks and husband, J.P., of Four Oaks; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Mildred Warrick, and a brother, Herman Warrick.
The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home, and at other times at their home, 2540 Selah Church Road in Four Oaks.
