WILBERT "WILL" L. HOLLOMAN
Nov. 8, 1919-April 13, 2010
MOUNT OLIVE -- Will went home to be with the Lord Tuesday at 4:45 p.m. at the age of 90. He had his entire family at his bedside as he slipped from this earth to heaven.
Services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Tyndall Funeral chapel in Mount Olive, with interment at Wayne Memorial Park with Masonic rites.
Will was born second of 13 children to Leonard Allen and Rosa Anderson Holloman of Mount Olive.
He was the father of two daughters, Beverly Rockett of Winston-Salem and Lynda Smith of Mooresville, and grandfather of three grandchildren, Matthew, Will and Miranda Smith.
For 43 years, he shared his life with Elner Westbrook Holloman with whom he remained friends until death.
Gone from us ... this wonderful man, father, businessman, music and horse lover. For the last 36 years he had made is home in Winston-Salem.
He was a Mason and served proudly during World War II.
He founded American Institute of Management Services in Winston-Salem, and was mentor to many younger businessmen in the insurance industry.
Will loved to play golf, the piano, ballroom dance and while he was able, ride horses. Those he left behind will forever remember playing in the woods, Easter egg hunts, birthdays and horseback riding while he watched on. Sitting and talking with him at the kitchen table. He guided us every step of the way. Now he guides us from above. He dances with the angels and plays his piano as the harp strings ring out.

The family will be at the funeral home during the hour before the service to greet friends and relatives.
