Jannie Belle Powell, 67, 1007 S. Slocumb St., passed Tuesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Arrangments are pending at Rhodes Funeral Home of Goldsboro.
The family will receive friends at the home of her sister at 617 S. Claiborne St.
