CHALMERS L. DEWITT

WARSAW -- Chalmers Ledell Dewitt, 67 died Monday at the Veterans Hospital in Durham.
Born in Duplin County, he was the son of the late Thomas and Annie Mae Dewitt.
He served in the United States Army from 1967 to 1969.
He is survived by a son.
A time of reflection with family and friends will be held Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Garris Funeral Home chapel. At other times, the family will receive friends at the home of Annie Ruth Carlton, 402 N.C. 50 U.S. 117 in Warsaw.
